Dan Meyer, Sevin Rosen Funds? ?talent partner?, joined the firm in 2004. He has more than 20 years of experience in management and executive recruiting. At Sevin Rosen, Dan builds and maintains a network of executive talent in relevant industries and develops and manages programs that facilitate recruiting, and retaining, talented executives in the portfolio. He is also responsible for the human-capital needs of Sevin Rosen.
Dan joined Sevin Rosen from Austin Ventures, where he served as director of talent. He was responsible for the talent, recruiting and business-development efforts of the firm and its portfolio companies. Prior to that, Dan was a senior vice-president with Tuttle Venture Group, an executive-search firm focused on emerging-growth technology companies. He previously worked as the general manager of Excel Sports, a multi-million dollar healthcare facility, and started his career as an analyst with the May Company.
Dan holds a BS in finance and business administration from Illinois State University.
